BOARD ESSENTIALS FOR NOW PROGRAMME

In partnership with Lincoln Consulting Ltd, the College is pleased to invite you to attend, or nominate your Director(s), Board Member(s), Commissioner(s), or Senior Executive(s)/Manager(s), to the Board Essentials For Now Programme to be held from 4^th to 6^th November 2020 at the Voyager Beach Resort, Mombasa.

The Board Essentials for Now Program provides critical tools for aspiring, newly appointed, and veteran board members, and for executives working with their board or other boards. Participants will gain insight into the duties and nuances of board service and learn to forge partnerships with company officers to strengthen financial return, enterprise risk management, and governance diversity.

• Creating opportunities for those who have been underrepresented in the boardroom

• Shareholder activism
• Mastering corporate governance: What you will need for serving, working with and leading your board now.
• Board in crisis — experiential exercise
