Background

Boards often spend too much of their time evaluating the past and too little time planning for the future. Critical to the future success of any organization, are issues such as talent management, succession planning and executive compensation. Human Resource and compensation committees need to find new ways to align executive pay to business strategy with a focus on driving long-term performance, corporate profitability, and employee satisfaction.  Effective human resource policies and practices are key to an organization’s ability to create value and deliver strategic priorities.

The College of Human Resource Management (CHRM), the training arm of the Institute of Human Resource Management-Kenya (IHRM), in partnership with Lincoln Consulting Ltd is pleased to invite you to attend, or nominate your Board Director(s), Human Resource and Compensation Committee Member(s), Commissioner(s), or Senior Human Resource Executives), to the Board Human Resource and Committee Programme to be held from February 26th to 28th 2020 at Diani Reef Beach Resort- Ukunda.

INVESTMENT:

  • Tuition – 120,000 (Exclusive of VAT)
