1st Nairobi Edition Employee & Labour Relations Symposium
Issues pertaining to Labor Laws, Industrial, Labor and Employee Relations play a major role in creating challenges for most of the HR Professionals at the Workplace. It is clear that HR Professionals are on a daily basis, being confronted by labor and employee relations issues that when not handled properly, usually end up in the Industrial Court.
With this knowledge in mind, We, The College of Human Resource Management (CHRM- www.chrm.or.ke), are excited to invite you to our 1st Nairobi Edition Employee & Labour Relations Symposium, with a view to conclusively and exhaustively discuss issues pertaining to these areas.
We will also dwell quite a bit on the Employee and Labour Relations issues in the Private and Public Sectors. The 2 days will entail Panel Moderated Clinics, whose intention is to tackle uestions/Challenges at your work place. This will be handled by a Panel of Employee and Labor Law Experts.
