How to Apply

To gain general admission to an Academic and professional courses at, Higher Diploma, Diploma, Certificate or Artisan levels the College of Human Resource Management-CHRM, you must have successfully completed a recognized secondary and primary education qualification. Admission/ orientation and commencement of classes

Upon successful assessment of your application, CHRM will issues you with an admission letter, and attached copy of the fee structure.

Upon payment of admission fee of Kshs 1000, the admission office will issue you with an admission number
Orientation is a must before commencement of the classes. It is here that details about the course, the timetable and venue is shared

CHRM policy on class attendance: a student must attend at least 75% of the classes to be allowed to sit for examination
Fee payment is a pre-requisite to commencement of classes

Select your course or programme

College of Human Resource Management-CHRM offers a wide range of Course, academic and professional. When choosing your course there is a lot for you to consider. What type of course should you do, what qualification will you get and what is your desired career path. Take time and choose a course that suits you best. Check entry requirements

Depending on the course you would like to apply, check that you meet our entry requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, there are still options available to you. Our Diploma course requires a minimum KCSE C- minus, Certificate/ Craft KCSE D plain and Artisan KCSE certificate. Those with mock results have a variety of short computer courses including intermediate ICDL, End User 1 and 11.

Check for credit eligibility

If you have post-secondary educational qualifications, you may be entitled to receive credit transfer or exemptions. Applicants seeking exemptions should include certified academic transcripts and certificates in their applications. Exemptions are granted by examination body-HRMPEB for those seeking admission to CHRP course.

Complete and submit an application form.

If you meet all the above requirements, then you are now ready to complete our application form. Admission forms may be obtained from the admissions office at our receptions or downloaded from our website under download on the media icon. Application forms can also be downloaded from our website www.chrm.or.ke

Things To Know First

The Common Application is required for students applying to any or all of CHRM’s programs. 

The applicants must fill out the form and attach:

  • A recent passport size photos (Colour)
  • A copy of valid KCSE result slip/ Certificate
  • A copy of your National ID
