The College of Human Resource Management (CHRM, will be hosting the People, Change, and Culture summit on 7th - 9th April 2021 to  be held virtually. This is due to the Presidential directive on cessation of public gatherings.

The workplace as we know it has transformed significantly on account of COVID 19 and various market forces. This poses a challenge for organizations in terms of adapting the workforces while ensuring business continuity, relevance, and attainment of organizational goals.

Taking cognizance of the same, the People, Change, and Culture summit is designed to empower workforces to be resilient, proactive, and responsive while managing the changing times. A key factor in effective change management is the organizational culture in that the workforce plays a critical role in an organization’s success, as relates to the norms, values, and commitment to the corporate vision.

The main objectives of the People, Change, and Culture summit are:
• To provide the delegates a forum to learn how to navigate change effectively within their organizations so as to achieve business continuity and stability.

• To equip delegates with the tools and knowledge to create awareness, drive, and motivation towards empowering organizational cultures. These are characterized by resilience, adaptability, and commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, and values.

• To share knowledge on trends in the workplace and how to adapt effectively

• To provide delegates an opportunity to network and learn from industry peers/key players.
