Since its founding, it has seen growing enrollment by youth in Nakuru, Eldoret, and surrounding areas eager to gain HR skills. The campus’ prime location in the heart of downtown Nakuru makes it easily accessible for students traveling from across the Rift Valley catchment area. Its opening allows CHRM to tap into budding talent beyond just central and western Kenya. Along with the other campuses, the Nakuru Centre helps CHRM work towards its goal of developing HR leaders that represent all parts of the country.
