Edna is a HR practitioner and a member of IHRM and CHRM Alumni leadership. She has practiced Human Resource for over 20 years from Government Parastatals, Faith Based Organization and currently in the Health sector. Edna holds a Bachelor of Education Arts from Kenyatta University, A Master’s Degree in Human Resources from JKUAT, a Higher Diploma from CHRM and currently finalizing CHRP Certification.
Edna is an all rounded, seasoned HR practitioner and Consultant with passion of seeing the best of every talent in the organizations she has served. She is a Results Oriented Leader who focuses on the systematic application of Results Based Methods, to achieve full value for the stakeholders.
She has driven, lead and managed the Human Capital for business growth as a key business partner and brought solutions to problems with a focus to grow every business through the value preposition of the Human Capital. She has designed and implemented HR based programs that focuses on the whole employee at the place of work from the Excellent Employee Experience, The Balance score card Results Based Performance Management system, staff wellness and wellbeing program, Employee Engagement Program amongst others.
Outside work, she works closely and leads Women Ministry, plays and performs Professional Music, participates in youth mentorship programs and spending quality time with family. She is a believer of servant leadership principles as demonstrated at her place of work and worship.
