Mary Kinyua

Currently Director of Human Resources & Administration at Oserian Flowers Limited. Her role at Oserian gives leadership to compliance, risk management, quality management systems and corporate services to the business. She sits and chairs in the Fairtrade Africa Board as well as the Vice-Chairperson in the Fairtrade International Board.

Over the last 12 years she has worked in senior management in manufacturing, security, services and horticultural services sectors. She is a Member of IHRM. New member with effect from September 2019


Mr. Raimond Saya Molenje

Currently: Head of Legal, Human Resources and Industrial Relations at Kenya Bankers Association. Formerly HR Manager at De La Rue Currency and Security Print.  Previously worked as the HR Manager-Employee Relations at Equity Bank Group; Legal Manager at Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE); Legal Counsel at Rural Electrification Authority (REA); 7 Years in private practice as a Litigation & Corporate Advocate. He started his professional journey 14 years ago in Legal Practice at Law Firms as well as House Counsel.

Member of Law Society of Kenya; Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; CHRM Board Member 2017-2020;

Erick Ngala

Currently the Managing Partner of Priority Activator Consulting which is a business advisory firm focusing on People Services, Strategy and Capacity Development. 

He has skills and experience in corporate restructuring, project management, human capital advisory, business process consultancy, among many others. 

He has over 14 years of working and consulting experience in private, public and non-governmental sectors. His training is in Economics and Strategic Management with an international diploma in HRM.

CPA Stephine Opiyo Obong’o

Holder of MBA – HRM (UON), Certified Human Resource professional – CHRP (K), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA - Maseno) – Accounting Majors (1st Class Hons), CPA (K), Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management (HDHRM) and an ongoing PhD Student in Business Administration (UON) .

He is currently a Member of the Board of College of Human Resource Management (CHRM), He has a working experience spanning over ten years both in a manufacturing set up at EABL and experience from three leading Financial Institutions in Kenya, Barclays Bank and Kenya Commercial Bank in operations. He is currently the Head, Employee Relations & Wellness at National Bank of Kenya. He is an expert in Research, Statistics, Business Performance & Analytics (Finance), Human Resource Metrics & Analytics, Corporate Training and Corporate Governance.


Mr. Obong’o is a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPACK), a Certified Practitioner and Member of The Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) Kenya. He is also a Lecturer at The College of Human Resource Management and a Part Time Lecturer at The University of Nairobi and JKUAT.


Elijah Walubuka

Currently the Registrar: Administration & Planning at the Meru University of Science and Technology and has held various positions as well as being a member of a number of Committees in the University since 2009 where he also lectures. 

His undergraduate studies were in Community Development and Business Administration & Management with postgraduate and doctorate qualifications in HR.

He has facilitated workshops/trainings for IHRM in the Mt. Kenya region as well as KIM. 

He is a member of IHRM and KIM as well as the National Quality Institute (NQI).

Consultant and adjunct lecturer at the United States International University, Africa. He facilitates MBA programs in Strategic HR Management as well as Ethics and Corporate Governance. He also supervises graduate students. Has practical experience in HR leadership in the manufacturing industry covering thirteen sub-Saharan countries. Has experience in chairing Boards - educational and not-for-profit organizations.
